Exhibitor FAQ

 

  • When do I select my booth space?
    • Once we have received your signed contract we will reach out to select booth space.

  • When will the exhibitor services manual be available?
    • Alliance Exposition will be reaching out directly via email with the exhibitor services manual.  The exhibitor services manual will be sent to the main point of contact we have on file. If you feel you should have received it please reach out to exhibitorassistance@Alliance-exposition.com or 888-528-2011.

  • Does my booth space come with a monitor?
    • Monitors and audio visual equipment do not come with your booth package. Audio Visual equipment can be ordered through Encore. Forms will be provided in the exhibitor services manual.

  • Does my space come with electrical?
    • If you have purchased a Deluxe Kiosk or a Preset 10x10 electrical has been included. If you purchased a table top, 10x10, and or 10x20 electrical has not been provided. Electrical can be ordered through Encore. Forms will be provided in the exhibitor services manual.

  • Is lead retrieval included and how do I gain access?
    • Lead retrieval is provided complimentary to all sponsors and can be accessed through the mobile app. Below is the link to the 2023 mobile app training which will be the same for 2024. https://youtu.be/nUe1l5kZZWs.

  • How do I register my team for the conference?
    • We will provide you with information to register once the final payment has been received.

  • What if I want to purchase more passes?
    • You can purchase more passes directly from the Ascend website and click on exhibitor registration.

  • When are graphics for the kiosks due and how do I submit them?
    • April 30, 2024
