User (Customer) Speakers receive a deepy discounted registration rate of $195 for Ascend, which includes access to all breakout sessions, keynotes, conference meals, and official OATUG/OHUG networking events. Primary presenters will also receive 2 CPE credit hours for presenting. You must present in-person to earn CPE Credits and present for more than 50 minutes.
Associate (Partner) Speakers not registering with a complimentary pass included with their exhibit or sponsorship package will receive a deeply discounted registration rate of $495, which includes access to all breakout sessions, keynotes, conference meals, and official OATUG/OHUG networking events. Primary presenters will also receive 2 CPE credit hours for presenting. You must present in-person to earn CPE Credits and present for more than 50 minutes.
Companies with a signed Exhibitor/Sponsor contract submitted for Ascend by January 26, 2024 will be given preferential time slots for selected presentations.
Contracts for Ascend 2024 can be with either of the hosting user groups (OATUG or OHUG), regardless of your user group speaking assignment.
We welcome all great ideas! Applicants may submit an unlimited number of presentation proposals during the call for presentations. However, to preserve a balanced perspective and eliminate bias in our educational agenda, we do have some limitations on the number of presentations that will ultimately be selected:
To qualify for discounted conference registration, the PowerPoint presentation for each selected session must be submitted no later than May 15, 2024. We encourage speakers to add detailed notes within PowerPoint’s speaker view so that those viewing the file later will be able to discern your presentation’s important points without listening to the session recording. This will maximize the reach and impact of your presentation.
Oracle employees interested in speaking at Ascend can submit a proposal via the Call for Presentations or speak to your Oracle Product Lead and inform them you would like to present at Ascend 2024.

Reach a targeted audience of customers by sponsoring a Vendor Awareness Session in a meeting room near the education sessions. Deliver a 60-minute showcase of how your product or service solves the current challenges faced by Oracle Users. A lead retrieval unit captures attendance details for post-event marketing efforts.
