Conference Attendee Registration 

Register for Ascend below.  Note: If you are staying in an official hotel room block, please book your room BEFORE you register to recieve a discount. When registering, you will enter your hotel confirmation number for the discount to be automatically applied.

If you choose to not stay in the official room blocks, your registration fee will have a $300 charge applied.

A member discount will apply if you’ve attended one of our conferences in the last three years. Contact us if you haven’t already received your code but believe you are eligible for one.

Your member discount code will be provided via email. If you don’t receive it, please contact membership@oatug.orgTo be eligible for the membership discount, your OATUG membership must remain active through June 30, 2026.

 Bring the whole team and divide and conquer! Special group rates are available for three or more full, in-person conference registrations from the same organization. Please register all group members at one time. You only need to provide one hotel confirmation code for your group to receive the hotel disount rate.

On-Demand Conference Passes

Can’t make it to Orlando? The On-Demand Conference Pass grants access to sessions before, during and after Ascend:

  • Pre-Conference Bonus sessions live streamed June 2-5
  • On-demand access to Ascend education sessions beginning  June 8

Cancellation and Substitution

Cancellation Policy

  • A full refund minus a non-refundable $150.00 USD processing fee will be applied to a fully paid registrant if the cancellation is requested in writing and received by Ascend 2026 organizers on or before Friday, April 11, 2026.
  • A 50% percent refund will be granted to a fully paid registrant if the cancellation is requested in writing and received by Ascend 2026 organizers by Friday, May 8, 2026 at 5 pm EST.
  • Cancellations received on or after Friday, May 8, 2026, will not be eligible for a refund.

Please send your cancellation request via e-mail to registration@ascendusersconference.com. All requests must be submitted in writing by e-mail. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed within 30 days post-conference.

Substitution Policy

Attendee substitutions from the same company will be accepted for in-person and on-demand registration. If you wish to substitute someone, please send your notice to registration@ascendusersconference.com no later than June 4, 2026.

In-Person Substitution: After June 4, 2026, in-person event substitutions can be facilitated on-site at the conference, starting June 8, 2026,  with a letter from the original attendee or their employer. Payments made by the original attendee will be transferred to the substituting attendee.

Event Cancellation Policy

Circumstances beyond the control of OATUG and OHUG may require that Ascend 2026 be converted from an in-person experience to an online-only event. In that case, registration for attendees will automatically be transferred to the online version of the event at the on-demand event experience registration rate. The difference between those rates will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 30 days post-conference.
